ZefSci challenges itself not only to measure and quantify these factors but we also measure return visits on service calls. Now that helps us increase our customers uptime as we learn from our mistakes and increase efficiency after every repair.

What is our core product?

Despite market belief our service plans are not our product in fact that is only the causality of our true product. Our product is our people; our engineers that deliver the highest level of service available in today analytical market.

Did you know that ZefSci’ does not hire engineers that do not have at least 5 years of field service experience? If we average the experience of our engineering team our global group has over 20+ years of field service experience!
