LC/MS/MS Full Service Contract (Parts + Labor +Travel + 2PMs)

       Total comprehensive coverage designed for labs that use their instruments with greater frequency and cannot afford instrument downtime. Includes all labor, parts, 2 preventive maintenance visits and travel for the duration of the contract on the Mass Spectrometer

CapMS (Please contact your Sales Representative)

       This is not a capillary MS! It is a unique program that opens a new era in the service maintenance industry. This is the only plan that protects you against risk at the fraction of the cost of your traditional service plan. For more information please contact your local sales representative.

MS Primo Econo. (2 PMs + Travel)

       This plan give you the opportunity to continue your ongoing work and repair in house while eliminating the tasks and time to perform manufacturer guideline PMs. Plan includes annual planned maintenance visits – 2 Preventive Maintenances on MS and travel charges.

MS Time Primo (Pre-purchase hours of time)

       If you have available resources to do in house repairs but do not want to completely disconnect from your local engineers and would require some type of support you can pre-purchase hours of labor to secure your instruments performance. Labor time can be applied on any type of visit including Preventive Maintenance!
