Making our customers successful stays our focus all the time. For complex systems, like LC/MS/MS and challeged environment like contract laboratories or high-thoughput laboratories, the task of getting the whole system/application working is critical.
OEM engineers often start by suspecting the method, the chemistry or other parts of the equipment they do not service.
In their troubleshouting, they also relay on specific tests using only their part of the system to demonstate suitability. While this is a ligitimate procedure, it does not do much to help out the end-user, if his particular coumpound or application is still not working.
Our engineers are trained to be more sensitive to Applications specific service calls. In addition, since most customers elect to have ZefSci service their whole LC/MS/MS system, we will address the call and troubleshoot the application by troubleshootoing and addressing the whole system. This results in an increased efficiency to our customers.
For advance applications support and method development, ZefSci will also provide a network of Applications specalists who partner with us.
